To form a community of competitive soccer families together in Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain and surrounding areas.
To provide age and skill-level appropriate soccer development to your soccer player with locally-based, highly-trained soccer coaches/trainers while adhering to the four core values of the SSFC: Character, Respect, Teamwork and Dedication.
Whether the coach/trainer is interacting with the player/child, the parents, a referee or other club coaches, our SSFC staff will always emphasize the four core values of the club: Character, Respect, Teamwork and Dedication. These four values will help develop your soccer player on the field, and will help your child prepare for whatever may be next on his/her journey after his/her high school years.
YES! No matter the level of competition or the age of your player, SSFC aims to ensure your child is having an enjoyable experience playing alongside his/her teammates. Our main priority is player development and ensuring the teams, no matter which league they play in, are improving and having a good experience.
As a soccer club, we strive to help our players develop as soccer players, and even more importantly, as people. This means emphasis on the core values no matter what level of competition. We want our players to learn equally from both the exciting wins and the tough losses. For example, in the year 2035, our goal is that your child looks back as an adult and can say to you "I loved playing for SSFC, it was a great experience"!
SSFC will always emphasize safety first with all club functions from administrative items to the drills on the field with your child. All staff will have background checks completed and all coaches/trainers will ensure that your players' environment at practices/games is free of any harassment, bullying, intimidation, political chatter, etc. We aim to provide an age-appropriate challenging environment but one that never sacrifices enjoyment of the game. Your child should always return to the car after practice smiling and looking forward to the next time they get to play or practice with their teammates!
The goal of our club is to ensure all kids have a pathway to play should they make a team, regardless of the economic situation of the family. The club does have a scholarship program, please alert your coach or club leadership if your situation may require an application for a SSFC scholarship. Should you have any questions about our scholarship program, please email our scholarship manager Lynsey Williamson at Lynsey@saratogaspringsfc.com
